Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Biscuits

Need something fun to do for your dog on a rainy day? My family sent over this dog biscuit recipe that they say is really good. (Looks like it might be people good too!)
*Hope you and the dogs enjoy!

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Biscuits
sent by: C.B. Indiana, USA

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (promotes healthy digestion)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups organic flour
3 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 tsp. dried parsely

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix eggs, pumpkin and peanut butter. Stir in dry milk, salt and parsely. Add flour gradually, using spatula or hands to form stiff, dry dough. Turn onto lightly floured wax paper and kneed to combine. Roll dough between 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness and use cookie cutters to punch shapes into dough. Place shapes on ungreased cookie sheet. Jab biscuits with the prongs of a fork before baking. Bake 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

*As always with food/snacks these should be eaten in moderation and owners should be sure their critters aren’t allergic to any of the ingredients!
